Investment Homes have a charge of 1-2% of the gross purchase price on all property transactions (depending on discount negotiated - fees will vary).
This is payable only if the client wants to go ahead and reserve property. If, in any case, our clients decide not to go ahead with the reservation, we simply do not charge!
